On World Environment Day, we want to renew our commitment to respecting the planet. Since 2018, we have been striving to reduce our direct emissions by improving the energy efficiency of our production processes and investing in renewable energy. From next year on, all our European facilities will be entirely supplied by wind energy, allowing us to eliminate the emissions generated by our production activities. We are excited to have attended the “Falsi miti. Leggende Urbane” event by TEDxPadova. Both the TEDx format and this edition’s theme align with our corporate culture, which aims to encourage critical thinking. Eleven multidisciplinary speakers shared real-life stories and experiences, spreading the courage to change one's point of view and perspective in life. It was an insightful experience and a source of inspiration for all DAB team members who attended. It was also a great time to connect with colleagues and engage our internal community, and to share innovative ideas. We are pleased to share some highlights from the opening ceremony of our new and expanded US facilities in Charleston – South Carolina, which took place on May 15, 2024. This has been a milestone event for our company, marking the completion of our renovation project that gives us three new buildings: including, new office space, an innovative training center, improved warehousing capabilities, and a dedicated pump repair shop. These modern and sustainable workspaces reflect our company's vision, values, and culture. The opening ceremony was attended by all DAB US internal employees, many clients and partners, and the highest representatives of the DAB Group, who participated in our ribbon-cutting event. We’ve enjoyed two days of training sessions, facility and capability tours and  off-site entertainment in and around Charleston. It was a great time of learning and sharing of ideas as well as spending some fun, free time together. The event helped our customers learn more about DAB USA and strengthen our relationships. We received wonderful feedback from our participants, who appreciated the opportunity to see our new facilities and interact with our team.   We are better positioned than ever to grow and support the development of the United States market. #DABPumps #DABUSA
