On the Cover
Neutron-holographic images of the 12 Pb neighbors of a Cd nucleus (not shown) in a doped fcc Pb crystal using the recently proposed 'inside-detector' method. In this method, the Cd nucleus acts as the detector, absorbing neutrons from a superposition of coherent direct and scattered neutron waves and subsequently emitting a gamma ray.
