- Choose a date and time using this scheduler and fill in the form. You can also upload a document. The more detailed information is provided, the better we can help you.
- The location of the appointment can be online (via Teams) or on location (Antonius Deusinglaan 1 or Hanzeplein 1 - directions). Fill in your preference, then we will check the possibilities and let you know by email where the meeting takes place.
