Please follow the instructions below based on your specific need.

Emergencies

Please contact 911 immediately for all emergencies.

Emergencies include alarms, floods, life safety threats, etc.

Minor Facilities Requests

For minor facilities issues please have your department/branch library coordinator or administrative assistant submit a work order or call Princeton University Facilities at 609 258 8000

Examples: light bulbs, cleaning issues or supplies, minor furniture repairs, supplies, etc.

Keys & Building Access

For Keys, CACS or SALTO requests please have your department/branch library coordinator or administrative assistant email [email protected]

Shipping Requests

Refer to the PUL Shipping Request Form (PDF) for assistance with shipping requests.

Furniture

For help with furniture repairs and requests please have your supervisor, department/branch library coordinator or administrative assistant contact [email protected]

Other Building Requests

For help with non-emergency facility issues that are library specific please have your supervisor, department/branch library coordinator or administrative assistant contact [email protected]

Examples: HVAC issues, interior design issues, and other building related requests
