I had to take him into the utility room with me while i was finding duct tape to close off the bottom of the fireplace as well, so he wouldnt despawn when i was gone, and WHEN I PUT HIM DOWN TO GET THE DUCT TAPE, HE MANAGED TO NUTTY PUTTY CAVE HIMSELF IN ANOTHER CRANNY I DIDNT KNOW EXISTED. AND AS I PULLED HIM OUT BY THE ASS HE CRIED LIKE A HUMAN BABY. do NOT make me feel bad for saving your dust bunny spelunking ass you SICKO

I went to the county fair and there was a doll sized quilt show happening in the fiber arts hall?!
I’m deciding it now. All shows, conventions and fairs should have a second smaller version of themselves within them. Yes academic conferences, yes comic conventions, yes state fairs, yes horse shows, yes whatever old guys are doing with old cars.

the baby was showing me a picture he drew and I was saying “oh wow, who is this? is this person building a sandcastle? is this a fire?” and he was sort of noncommittally like “yeah! dat can be a fire.”

so we were showing my nephew a picture of his new little baby cousin and he said “what is his name?” and my sister had to repeat it twice and then after a contemplative pause he said “is dat name gonna stay on him?”

I have five aunts and eight adult female cousins and only two of the aunts and three of the cousins have had kids. so like. the adoring auntie gene is clearly strong in my family
