Mary Morgan

Mary Morgan is a scholar, writer, artist and expert on body politics, focusing on topics related to body autonomy, especially the eradication of rape and rape culture from our society. Mary’s research and theory centers around the elimination of rape myths at the roots, and how to change a societal culture that is deeply entrenched in it. She holds an MA in journalism from Georgetown University and an MFA from the University of the Arts London. She is the former UK FCDO Comms Director on Syria. Originally from Buffalo, NY, she lived in Washington, DC and Beirut, Lebanon before moving to London. You can follow her on Instagram and Twitter.
