Superintendent Lt. Gen. Jay Silveria addressed the racial incident at the USAFA Preparatory School. A note was left on a message board that belonged to five African-American cadets.
Silveria told troops to record his speech for future reference, stating that if one can't treat someone with dignity and respect, then get out.
