Our platform, GNX+, is constantly improving as we grow together and collaborate with our customers 🤝
Our customers don't aim to use our platform. They aim to do their job well. As one of them, Joel, told us – ‘look, I’m only really going to use this if it’s easier than sending an email’. GNX+ has got to help them do more. We try to get as close to our customers as possible in order to do this: - we stop feature development so that our software developers can try to source Internet connections for customers - we stress out our sales team by releasing new, imperfect features to customers - we slow down internal teams by making them beta-test new customer flows - we pester friendly people such as Joel at nicos AG or Mohanrau Suriamurthy at IPC Systems, Inc. (many thanks!) to screen-share using the platform with us We’ve plenty more to build and iterate on with GNX+ (including an onboarding flow from the website 😅), but if you’re interested in seeing if it can radically improve sourcing and managing connectivity for your business, do get in touch.
