b(4n+5) = 2*b(4n) + b(4n+1) + b(4n+2) + b(4n+3),
b(4n+6) = 2*b(4n) + 2*b(4n+1) + b(4n+2) + b(4n+3),
b(4n+7) = 2*b(4n) + 2*b(4n+1) + 2*b(4n+2) + b(4n+3),
