Paddle Northern Ireland joins Paddle UK and the National Associations in issuing a Standards for Deployment Policy

The Aquatic Safety and Incident Management Technical Group (ASIM) is a new group which will support and provide advice in relation to First Aid, incident management and aquatic safety, specific to paddlesport activity. This will include developing specific guidance and support, reviewing and developing the Swimmer Safety and Rescue course, as well as keeping up to date with regulatory, industry, and technical developments within the remit of first aid. BCAB is currently recruiting for a Technical Group. This provides a great opportunity for anyone with a range of knowledge of first aid, incident management and aquatic safety to support and provide advice specifically on the development of qualifications and awards and safety matters.
