Pywikibot has the pagegenerator WikidataQueryPageGenerator (commandline "-wikidataquery") that wraps around http://wdq.wmflabs.org/ using wikidataquery.py ( https://github.com/wikimedia/pywikibot-core/blob/master/pywikibot/data/wikidataquery.py). WDQ is going to be shut down so this module should output a big deprecation warning when used. When it's actually shut down we can have another task to actually remove the code
