Description

Trove seems to have two endpoints for quotas:

the quotas endpoint only works for admins
- troveclient.apiclient.exceptions.Unauthorized: User does not have admin privileges. (HTTP 401)
the limits endpoint displays the available quota (plus what look to be api rate limits), but not data on how much of that is used

None of those are unfortunately suitable for Tool-openstack-browser.

The restriction to the admin API is baked into the trove source so this will need to be fixed upstream.
