Language of the aggregate group.

Description

It seems that aggregate groups only work for English originals.

Use case:
This link - https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&group=agg-Gara_e_fotografisë_së_ushqimit_tradicional_shqiptar_-_2022&action=translate&language=en
is return me error message "The source language of this group is English. Please select another language to translate into."

All pages in this group is in Albanian (sq). And nothing place for set custom language for the aggregate group.

Proposal:
Needs option for change language of the aggregate group.

Suggestions

  1. Is needs control to addition in one aggregate group only pages with these same PageLanguage
  2. when first page was added into some group,
    1. language of this page is became to language of whole group
    2. the following pages can only be added to this group if they have these same language settings (also in search suggestions should be seen only these pages).
  3. "language of aggregate groups" should be based on language of pages/messages which this group contains

@Nikerabbit - Maybe also merge this task with the T281073 ?
And, logically, this should be related with the T37489 (as subtask?)

This can be merged with T281073: Allow custom source languages for aggregate groups.

Currently there is a limitation that any group can only have one source language.

Aggregate groups can have different source languages, but all subgroups must have the same source language. For aggregate groups created using Special:AggregateGroups, there is no user interface to select the source language. The feature request is to add such functionality (and enforce it).
