Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:

• Persian script has special numbers like ۰۱۲۳۴۵۶۷۸۹ instead of 0123456789. And numbers are changing when we translate anything to Persian, Mazandarani and Gilaki.
• In Wikidata, number-base items are change when your preferred language is so that. But items for dates don't translate.
  • For example, 11 May 1996 should be ۱۱ مه ۱۹۹۶. But, it's showing in form of ۱۱ مه 1996.
• This inconsistency, in addition to being wrong and not translated, causes errors in Farsi and Mazandarani Wikipedias, when there call #statements in templates.

What should have happened instead?:

The numbers indicating the year should be displayed in Persian script for us.
