Hi @scblr! We're using a native Apple dialog here. The default presentation for two buttons is side by side and not stacked like in the designs for the Yes/No survey (we can't customize that using this element).
I just wanted to highlight that it will look different from the designs.

The build for this task is TestFlight Experimental 7.5.8 (151).

I haven’t managed to trigger the dialogs for Flow C yet – I tried it via random edit on test wiki (per @HNordeenWMF ’s input) and an image upload via wikitext (per @Mazevedo’s input).

@scblr I've been testing flow C against https://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/IOS, you can try that article?

Can you send me which edits/articles didn't trigger for you? I can take a look to see if there are any bugs in the Flow C detection.

@scblr there also needs to be an image lacking alt text in the article you are editing.
