Description

Hovercards displays a pop-up for some links in Flow:

"Thank" links at Enwiki, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:Flow/Developer_test_page
"Block" links at MediaWiki, e.g. https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Sandbox
“Permalink” in topic menu drop-down at Enwiki, (with introduction of “topic” in English interface)

(But this old issue seems to be fixed

topic name in watchlist if it match an article. )

checked on mw.o, hovercards is being much stricter about where it will pull up a hovercard. Neither of the locations mentioned in this report trigger one now.
