Page bump when editing a section in VE

Description

Go to edit a section in VE, such as https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Extension:DonationInterface&veaction=edit&vesection=10

It takes from several to many seconds before the browser jumps to the section being edited. IMO, the interface should be greyed out and disabled until we bump down to the section.

Which browser(s) was this tested with? Such info is generally welcome for VE bugs :)

Ah yeah, confirming with Firefox 35.
