Bugs related to Cloud VPS infrastructure and not a specific Cloud VPS project (see VPS-Projects for that).
Issues which are related to Toolforge should go in Toolforge instead.

Request increased quota for existing projects by filing a task in Cloud-VPS (Quota-requests)
That must have been transient since the last few ones took less than 10 seconds ;)

I think we can close this for now, we tweaked a few of the api response times, and currently it has not triggered in a while.
It's quite possible that it just can't call that endpoint T286128: Trove quota usage not available from the API

The stats are pulled by the openstack exporter (https://github.com/openstack-exporter/openstack-exporter/blob/main/exporters/cinder.go#L319C42-L321C1) from the cinder API (https://docs.openstack.org/api-ref/block-storage/v3/#show-quota-usage-for-a-project)
Just checked again. Prometheus metrics for used_gbs is always 0 :-(
This seems to have been fixed by upstream (although not the way I was going to fix it.) DB instances briefly display 'unknown' and 'error' state but eventually get back around to 'healthy'.
All Trove instances (well, really, all but one which is getting upgraded next week) are now updated, and backup/restore seems to work fine.
