I couldn't reproduce this in my local environment, but it was still happening on live. The only difference I could see was the "Open in the Wikipedia App" bar I had because the app was installed. I uninstalled the app and the problem went away...

Interestingly, this only happens when the page beneath the dialog is *not* scrolled to the top, so I suspect some of our scrolling hacks for the page toolbar are kicking in in dialog mode, which might be a simple fix...

Someone else tested on Android and didn't see this happening, so I presume it's something to do with either iOS keyboard issues or our previous attempts to mitigate said issues.
