if I could give 0 stars I would as I signed up with this company just because I wanted to see how the user face looked it was the only way I could see the user face was the sign app and then I didn't put money right away so when I finally was ready to go ahead and make my first deposit I couldn't even get the first deposit bonus so I tried to contact customer support and they couldn't even do it so I said we'll just close out my account and they said well I can't close it permanently All I can
Quick to take your money but drag their feet to pay off your winnings. talked to customer service several times for 3 days and still no payments. Not to mention that they don't payoff on promotions they run. This site is one that says you can cash out on a bet early but as soon as you do the transaction is suspended

What Users Say About PointsBet Markets
This is the worst Sportsbook I ever used. They blatantly cheat. They'll show you wrong scores to try to get you to cashout early. When you're actually doing good in a game they'll stop tracking the game altogether leaving all cashout offers suspended. Their instant withdrawals take 24 hours. slower than every other Sportsbook. Their customer service is bots. All around garbage.
This app is a rip off they charge more than any other sports betting app and up charge when you place bets everytime. The options of bets are bleek and The customer service is horrible.
My favorite app of any of them. One thing I would love to see is a new bet type. Called Betting Collective. or basically allows you to make the exact same bet with friends. on the same ticket and each person or leg can put in however much they want. So let's say there is a 5 leg parlay. 4 people can bet together on the same slip. each on contribute $25 and the entire bet is worth $100 at whatever the odds are. Then you all root together as the games are played.
Odds Overview
PointsBet offers odds that are mainly aligned with other online sportsbooks. They do, however have some markets that implement a NO JUICE® feature, which signifies bets with a 0% margin, usually centered around +100 spreads. The availability of NO JUICE® bets, whether on fixed odds or parlays, is determined by PointsBet's trading team. Bettors can find these specific markets highlighted in the platform's featured section for eligible games or within the Quick Parlay tab. It's advisable to check for these offerings 48 hours before game commencement.
Here is how PointsBet matches up against the competition:
Event/Match | PointsBet Odds | DraftKings Odds | ESPN BET Odds | FanDuel Odds |
SF 49ers vs KC Chiefs Moneyline | -125 +108 | -120 +100 | -120 Even | -126 +108 |
Blue Jackets vs. Blues Moneyline | -145 -170 | -142 -172 | -145 -170 | -142 -172 |
Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk | -138 +108 | -140 +110 | -130 Even | -138 +108 |

If they wouldn't have rejected a bet to then change the odds to a more unfavorable odds then I wouldn't have wasted my time giving them a 1 star review. I will take my money elsewhere if you want to change odds on me!

About PointsBet
PointsBet, originating from Australia, marked its entry into the U.S. market in 2019. Since its launch, it has established a presence in numerous regulated states.
In a significant business move in May 2023, PointsBet declared its intention to divest its U.S. operations to Fanatics Betting and Gaming. The deal was settled at $225 million. This decision came despite a notable offer from another industry player, DraftKings. By June 30, 2023, the proposed sale received the nod from PointsBet shareholders in Australia. The agreement includes the transfer of various assets, encompassing PointsBet’s U.S. sports wagering, advance deposit wagering, iCasino, Banach technology, and a technology platform license.
As the company undergoes its rebranding phase to "PointsBet: A Fanatics Experience", current and prospective users might observe modifications in the platform and its offerings.

Mike Rosenberg
Mike made the decision to dive headfirst into the booming world of sports betting fresh out of college. Back in the day, when 1-800 pick lines and sports pagers were all the rage, he couldn't resist the allure, having grown up idolizing sports legends like Sweetness, MJ, and Slammin Sammy. Mike dedicated his early years to the industry, tirelessly analyzing games, writing articles with free picks, and selling his expertise on reputable handicapping sites. Unlike many others, Mike was known for his integrity and only released one Game of the Year per sport, per season. His hard work and unwavering commitment paid off, earning him a devoted following and propelling his career to new heights. Then came the explosion of Daily Fantasy Sports. Believe it or not, companies like DraftKings and FanDuel used to pay Mike's company to increase their brand exposure. Now, those same industry giants don't even bother responding to his emails. While Mike appreciates the convenience of being able to place legal bets in his own backyard, he can't help but feel disheartened by what has become of the industry. People are being led astray, falsely believing that a mere $5 wager on a 20-team same-game-parlay will be their ticket to financial security. If there’s one thing Mike learned from making book back in the day, it’s that parlays are a bookie’s best friend. A bankroll is the only leg you have to stand on in the battle with the books, and Mike’s here to offer up advice on how to protect it.
