Zhang Anmin was born in Anhui in 1966. He is now working in the Department of Marine Technology, School of Marine Science and Technology, Tianjin University, as a Researcher, Doctor, Master's Supervisor, member of the Doctoral tutor group, and member of the Professional Committee of Applied Oceanography, China Ocean Development Research Association. He has participated in a number of national-, provincial-, and ministerial-level vertical projects, and participated in the preparation of the marine surveying and mapping series "Ocean Mapping Principles and Technologies". His main research fields include navigation technology, navigation safety assurance, intelligent assisted navigation of ships, AIS big data mining, autonomous navigation of USV/MASS, intelligent perception of the marine navigation environment, etc.
