Ramendra Pandey is an associate professor at the School of Health Science and Technology (SoHST) at UPES, Dehradun, India. He was a FAPESP Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Medicine-InCor/HC-FMUSP, University of Sao Paulo, School of Medicine, Brazil. He was a Research Associate at the Translational Health Science and Technology Institute, Faridabad-Gurgaon Expressway, Faridabad, Gurgaon, India, where he and his group identified transcription factor Foxo1, which is essential for IL-9 induction in T-helper cells. Prior to becoming a research scholar for his Ph.D. at the University of Delhi, India, he earned a fellowship from the National Science Council of Taiwan to work at Chang Gung University, Taiwan.
