Liam O’Neill obtained his B.Sc. and his Ph.D.
from the University College Cork in 1996 and 2000, respectively. He was previously a research scientist and IP manager for Dow Corning Plasma Solutions and then worked for a number of small companies focusing on surface modification technologies, before founding TheraDep Inc in 2015. He is currently acting as CTO of TheraDep and is actively developing coatings for medical and life science applications. His research
