My long-term research activities are focused on bat ecology, mainly hibernation and flight activity, and monitoring of bat populations. During the last 10 years, our team also realized surveillance of various pathogens, including bat rabies, Pseudogymnoascus destructans fungus or Leptospira, in temperate bat species. I have published 77 scientific articles on the ecology and behavior of vertebrates (60 in WOS Core Collection, H-index 15).
