Systematic Elucidation of Weak Interaction involving H-bonding, CH-pi, S-pi, and pi-pi interactions on the Protein Stability, Spectroscopic and Electrochemical Properties Proved by the through the Chemistry of Pseudoazurin and its Met16X mutants as a model system. This idea was inspired by the finding of unusual Plastocyanin from fern and previous model complex studies with Profs. Osamu Yamauchi and Akira Odani.
Methods: X-ray and Neutron Crystallographic Structure Analisys, Cyclic Voltammetry, EPR and X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy, ESI-Mass Spectroscopy, Small Angle Neutron Scattering, Quasi Erastic Neutron Scattering, QM/MM and MD Calculation.
