Thomas Müller is a Consultant Psychiatrist working as the Medical Director at Privatklinik Meiringen in Switzerland. He received his MD from Julius-Maximilian-University and then continued with his postgraduate studies in cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. He went on to specialise in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, and Psychiatric Assessment. He is Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Berne. He has published articles on various psychiatric subjects, primarily schizophrenia, depression, climate change related mental health issues, and has authored several book chapters. He is the President of the Postgraduate Society of the Canton of Berne for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and Co-President of the Swiss Society of ADHD: he is also a board member of the Swiss Society of Bipolar Disorders, the Swiss Society of Consultant-Liaison Psychiatry and the Swiss Society of Interventional Psychiatry.
