Jaeho Yang was born in Busan, Korea. He graduated with a BSc from Kyung Hee University in February 1997, majoring in public administration. He studied marketing at the Sophia University (1999-2000, MSc in 2000) in Japan. He received doctoral degree at the Sophia University in 2008, majoring in marketing. He then joined postdoctoral program at the University of Washington, USA (Foster Business School, 2008-2010). In 2011, he became a professor at the Dong-A University in Korea. In particular, He is interested in marketing communication and explores a strategy of City Branding.
