Participated in the Pacific Scientific and Technological Research Summer "Delfín", a research internship program that seeks to strengthen the culture of collaboration in scientific research in Mexico and other Latin American countries. The internships encompassed two periods from June to July 2019 and June to August 2020 and consisted of the identification of single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in mitochondrial DNA sequences through the usage of bioinformatics tools.
