Cristian-Gabriel Anghel was born in Mizil, Romania. He graduated with a degree from the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest - Faculty of Hydrotechnics in 2012. In 2014 he graduated the master: Civil Engineering - Hydraulic Engineering, at the Faculty of Hydrotechnics - Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest. He received his doctorate in Civil Engineering and Installations, at the Faculty of Hydrotechnics - Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest in 2018. He works at the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, since 2018.
