Ruifu Wang received his Ph.D. degree in geographic information systems (GIS) and remote sensing from the Ocean University of China, Qingdao, China, in 2006. He is currently a Professor with the College of Geomatics, Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao. His research interests include marine GIS and remote sensing of sea ice.
