Dr. Ivana Beatrice Beatrice Mânica Mânica Da Cruz

Ivana Beatrice Mânica da Cruz has a degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Santa Maria, as well as a master's and doctorate in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. She completed a post-doctorate at the University of California, Davis, USA. She is currently an associate professor at the Health Sciences Center at the Federal University of Santa Maria. She is a scientific productivity fellow from CNPq (PQ1C), as well as a supervisor in the postgraduate program in pharmacology and the postgraduate program in gerontology (UFSM). She took over Teaching and Research Management (GEP) at the Santa Maria University Hospital administered by the Brazilian Hospital Services Company (EBSERH).
