Prof. Fuhang Song is
a professor at Beijing Technology and Business University, College of Light
Industry Science and Technology. He received his Doctor of Science and Master
of Engineering from the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences,
and his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Hebei Normal University. He is
mainly engaged in research on the isolation, structure, function, and mechanism of
action, and the development and application of natural products from edible and
medicinal microorganisms.
