Diego Fernando Gallegos Ríos (born August 8, 1998, Marcabelí, El Oro Ecuador) assisted in drawing and designing the hydrosanitary engineering works in the city of Quito, Ecuador, where he resides. In his first years of academic study, he demonstrated aptitudes for mathematics, physics, and technical drawing, which helped to project his professional future from an early age, and he is currently a student of Civil Engineering at the University of the Armed Forces "ESPE". During his time at the university institution, he has served as an assistant professor in the subjects of Hydraulics I and Water Supply and Sewerage taught by Eng. David Carrera Villacrés PhD, as well as a participant in pre-professional practices focused on the analysis in situ and in the laboratory of subgrade for the design of road infrastructure, which led to the development and publication of his degree thesis "Design of elastomeric asphalt mixture with fluorescent pigment coverage for bike lanes in urban and tourist corridors, includes safety sensors on the route.” His knowledge is focused on engineering works for hydrosanitary, hydraulic, BIM management and Autodesk Revit design.
