Mirco Corazzin, Associate Professor at the University of Udine, Department of Agricultural, Food, Environmental and Animal Sciences. I obtained a PhD in Agricultural Science and Biotechnology (2011). As highlighted by most of my published papers, my research activities are mainly focused on the study of the effect of technical and managerial choices (genetic type, nutrition, husbandry systems) on the chemical, physical, nutritional and sensory quality of products of animal origin, especially meat. My secondary fields of research concern the assessment of animal welfare and the environmental impacts of livestock farms and their relationships with managerial choices.
