Ioannis D. Morres is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science, University of Thessaly, Greece. He holds a BSc in Physical Education and Sport Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece), MSc in Adapted Physical Activity from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium), and PhD in physical activity and depression from University of Thessaly (Greece). His research and clinical activities involve physical activity, exercise and mental health and quality of life in vulnerable populations. His current research interests include physical activity and dietary behaviors in mental health and quality of life across children, adolescents and adults, including obese people.
