TianLi Ma received his M.Eng. degree from Xi’An Technological University, Xi’An, China, in 2013. From September 2013 to March 2018, he studied for his Ph.D. degree at the School of Automation, Northwestern Polytechnical University. Since May 2018 he has been a post-doctoral research fellow in the Autonomous Systems and Intelligent Control International Joint Research Center, Xi’An Technological University. His research interests lie in Monte Carlo methods for computation in point process theory, filtering and estimation, and multiple extended object tracking.
