Dr. Apostolos Beloukas is an Associate Professor of Molecular Microbiology and Virology at the Department of Biomedical Sciences at the University of West Attica. He received his Master’s degree in 2015 and a Ph.D. degree in 2010 from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His main research focuses on clinical infections and the use of advanced molecular and epidemiological tools for diagnosing, monitoring, and tracking infectious agents and their relevant epidemics.
