JULIAN ISRAEL AGUILAR-DUQUE He received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Technological Institute of San Luis Potosí (ITSLP) in 2000. He obtained a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the Technological Institute of Celaya (ITC) in 2008 and a Ph.D. in Advanced Engineering Sciences from the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juárez in 2021. He has been responsible for multiple projects with financing from the UABC and is a collaborator in national and international projects. He has been a reviewer of Articles for Indexed Journals. He is the Author or Co-author of 13 Articles in Indexed International Journals, 6 Book Chapters, and more than 35 Articles in National and International Congresses. Regarding Human Resources training, he has directed two master’s and Bachelor´s theses (he is currently directing 2 Doctoral and 1 Master´s). He has the appointment granted by the National System of Level 1 Researcher, valid until 2025. He was the Leader of the Academic Corps (CA) in the training “Design, Development, and Manufacture of Goods and Services,” of which he is currently a member. His main lines of research are product design, subtractive and additive manufacturing systems, and process optimization.
