Dr. Bartłomiej Zieniuk has a position as an Assistant Professor and is currently at the Department of Chemistry, Institute of Food Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Warsaw, Poland. He obtained a PhD in Agricultural Sciences and the Discipline of Food and Nutrition Technology. His scientific interests are enzyme biosynthesis, enzymatic synthesis of compounds with antioxidant activity, and chemistry of natural compounds. He received a special award from the President of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland.
