I use mixed method approach aimed at understanding how human health, at both the individual and population level, is impacted by socio-environmental factors. My work broadly concentrates in various domains of public health, more specifically: air pollution and health, water sanitation and hygiene, and food safety. I am also interested in developing environmental exposure assessment models (including application of geospatial tools) to assess health impacts of environmental pollutions. I serve as an academic Editor of PLOS ONE; and Review Editor of Frontiers in Medicine and Frontiers in Public Health.
