Dr. Juan Prado-Olivarez

Short Biography

Juan Prado Olivarez is currently designated as a National Researcher of Mexico and is a tenured professor at the Tecnológico Nacional de México in Celaya, Guanajuato, Mex. Dr. Prado is an Electronic Engineer, with a specialty in digital electronics. He graduated from the Celaya Institute of Technology (1993), in Celaya, Mex.; obtained an M.Sc. in Electric Engineering (Instrumentation) from the University of Guanajuato (1998), in Guanajuato., Mex.; and obtained a Ph.D. in instrumentation and microelectronics from the University of Henri Poincare, Nancy I (2006), Nancy, France. Dr. Prado has managed projects with national and international funding for collaboration between the academy and health services. Furthermore, he has also published scientific articles and scientific book chapters. His research interests include electronic instrumentation, spectroscopy, tomography impedance, and electricity applied to biosystems, materials, environment, and power electronics.
