Elemental is a 2023 romantic comedy drama animated movie by Pixar. It was directed by Peter Sohn and written by Kat Likkel, John Hoberg and Brenda Hsueh. It stars Leah Lewis, Mamoudou Athie, Ronnie del Carmen, Shila Ommi, Wendi McLendon-Covey and Catherine O'Hara. The story is about a fire element named Ember Lumen who is in love with a water element named Wade Ripple. Ember and Wade spend time together while trying to save a convenience store called the Fireplace, which is owned by Ember's father Bernie, from closure.
It was released on June 16, 2023. It made $496.4 around the world.
Elemental was the final Pixar movie released on home video by Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment before Disney switched it's home video business to Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
