Tracy Edwards
Tracy Edwards is a sailboat racer. In 1989 she organized an 12-woman crew to participate in the Whitbread Round the World Race. It was rare for women to sail in those days. The duration of this race was nine months.
A documentary called Maiden was made about the race.[1]
