DownloadLosslessCut aims to be the ultimate cross platform FFmpeg GUI for extremely fast and lossless operations on video, audio, subtitle and other related media files. The main feature is lossless trimming and cutting of video and audio files, which is great for saving space by rough-cutting your large video files taken from a video camera, GoPro, drone, etc. It lets you quickly extract the good parts from your videos and discard many gigabytes of data without doing a slow re-encode and thereby losing quality. Or you can add a music or subtitle track to your video without needing to encode. Everything is extremely fast because it does an almost direct data copy, fueled by the awesome FFmpeg which does all the grunt work. Lossless merge/concatenation of arbitrary files (with identical codecs parameters, e.g. from the same camera). Lossless stream editing: Combine arbitrary tracks from multiple files (ex. add music or subtitle track to a video file).

I registered here just to say you thanks for this amazing piece of software. I particularly like the feature where we can export segments of a video separately without merging them and without reencoding. It is super fast too.

I was using a similar program called "Free Video Editor", but on some videos, it would result in the start of the video being black, so I tried this and it worked on the videos the other program failed on. I haven't tried it on many videos, but so far it works well!

Great software. I have a full-featured editing software, but I was looking for a simple lossless video cutter to keep only the interesting part of my footage. I looked at several free and pay software. LosslessCut is the best for this task. This application works well, fast and plenty of parameters.

Just tried it and it works brilliantly as promised, at least as far as video slicing is concerned. It is fast, with a non-fussy interface. Yet to explore all its features, and will update this review as I use it further. Took the trouble of registering here just to say thanks to the developer - it is that promising. Please build on it further. If the timeline panel could be tweaked just a bit to give the user better control, and if the keyframes are made more visible, it will be as good as, if not better than many commercial products out there.
