Greenwald is a partner in the Santa Monica law firm of Greenwald, Pauly, Foster & Miller. Admitted to practice in both California and New York, he has specialized in real estate law since 1975. He has a broad-based real estate practice, which includes development, financing, leasing, construction, and sales. Greenwald frequently writes and lectures for attorneys and other professional groups, and has also taught at the University of Southern California. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and a graduate of the University of San Diego Law School, where he served as Articles Editor of the Law Review.
