Mr. O’Connor has practiced law for twenty years – almost exclusively in the field of construction law. He is chair of the Bond and Insurance Division of the ABA’s Forum on the Construction Industry and co-chair of the ABA’s Fidelity and Surety Law Committee’s Law Division. Mr. O’Connor was an advisor to the American Law Institute’s Restatement of the Law Third, Suretyship and Guaranty and is an incoming Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers. He is a partner in the international law firm of Faegre & Benson LLP.
