Annat Raiter
Dr. Annat Raiter has completed her PhD in immunology of reproduction at The Institute of Biology and Experimental Medicine (IBYME), School of Medicine, University of Buenos Aires in 1994. Dr. Annat Raiter has been incorporated from 1995 in the Felsenstein Medical Research Center, Tel Aviv University, School of Medicine. She participated in the project describing an antibody anti checkpoint inhibitors in lymphopoiesis, studied the antibody activation mechanism and became a Senior Scientist in the project for the developing of an anti-tumor vaccine based on the antibody binding peptides (as part of her post doc in collaboration with Prof. Efraim Katzir at the Weizmann Institute of Science). Since 2017, Dr. Raiter is the PI in an innovative immuno-oncology project. Today, she is the Scientific Director of the Breast Cancer Research lab, at the Felsenstein Medical Research Center, Tel Aviv University, Sackler School of Medicine, Rabin Medical Center. She has an extensive research experience in the fields of immunology, immune-oncology and angiogenesis that resulted in the publication of a number of scientific papers and the invention of patents.
