Akio Hirose (広瀬 彰勇 Hirose Akio born January 17, 1962) is a Japanese voice actor. Hirose can more commonly be heard in dubbing roles, having played General Zod (Michael Shannon) in Man of Steel, Dr. Rajit Ratha (Irrfan Khan) in The Amazing Spider-Man, Vlad Vladikoff in Horton Hears a Who, Bric in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Bubbles the Dolphin in The Spongebob Movie: Sponge out of Water and the Shredder in both the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon and the 2014 feature film.
