Big Powered (ビッグパワード Biggu Pawādo) is the combined vehicle form of Dai Atlas, Sonic Bomber, and Road Fire. It can travel at a maximum speed of "9999 Powered Knots" and emits a rainbow when traveling through space. Yes, really.

After Violengiguar attacked the Earth, stole the Zodiac and took Galaxy Rocket and all inside it hostage, the Powered Masters combined into Big Powered for the first time in order to give chase. Zone Part 10

Chasing Violengiguar to the Tenth Planet, the villain eventually revealed his true form: that of a hideous phoenix-monster. The Powered Masters combined into Big Powered yet again, but using the Zodiac as a power-up, increased their strength thirty-fold. Blasting Violengiguar with the "Rainbow Powered Attack", they destroyed the monster and used the power of the Zodiac to turn the once desolate Tenth Planet into a lush utopia. Zone Part 12

  • ID Number: C-347
  • ID Number: C-348
Released in the Zone portion of Takara's Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers toyline, the three individually-released Powered Masters could be combined into this single enormous jet-ish thing. Big Powered retains the use of Dai Atlas's motorized movement gimmick.

This huge giftset contained all three Powered Masters necessary to form Big Powered along with their Micromaster partners Sonic, Speeder and Drillbuster. Each toy was identical to its individual release.
This set is particularly expensive on the secondary market today, being pretty late-run (thanks to Roadfire's late release) at a time when Transformers had already seriously started to wane in sales and popularity.

Transformers Gum

Part of the sixth wave of Kabaya's revived Transformers Gum Series, the individual releases of Dai Atlas, Sonic Bomber, and Roadfire are snap-together model kits reproducing all of their original modes. Thus, the three kits can combine to form Big Powered.

The Dai Atlas, Sonic Bomber, and Roadfire kits were re-released as a bundle under the DX Gattai label in 2016. They feature changes to plastic color compared to their initial separate releases, and foil stickers.
As with other DX Gattai toys featuring box art in homage to their original figures, God Ginrai's packaging mimics that of the original 1990 Big Powered gift set.

Notes

Legend of Diaclone Big Powered.jpg
  • Zone toy designer Motoki Takaya notes that Big Powered's name reflects not only the obvious Powered Master connection but an homage to an earlier toy in the pre-Transformer Diaclone toyline, reflecting the older line's strong influence on Zone with play patterns like playset modes and motorized gimmicks.[1]
    • Like this incarnation, the original Big Powered consists of three vehicles, although they formed a robot instead of a combined vehicle.
