Eaglemoss, founded in 1975, was a company mostly known for publishing partwork publications, ranging from the geeky, to the not. In the Transformers world, however, they were known for publishing the fortnightly Transformers: Prime comic in Russia. It ran for 65 issues, from August 24, 2012 to December 27, 2013.

This incarnation of Eaglemoss was actually a merger of the original Eaglemoss and GE Fabbri, which were separated prior to 2011. Presumably, this is why both are listed as producing the comic.

In 2021, Eaglemoss ran an unsuccessful crowdfunding campaign attempting to fund production of a Transformers chess set. The company filed for bankruptcy a year later.
